Thomas H. Repass, founder of Corporate Systems Administration Inc. in 1980, has 35 years' experience in group insurance
and is chief executive officer of the company. Repass has served as chairman of the National Association of
Employee Benefit Administrators and is president of Qubic Inc., a national consortium of 11 third-party administrators.
Prior to forming CSA, Repass served as vice president of Johnson City Insurance Agency and as senior account
representative for Corroon and Black. Earlier in 2001, Repass was pleased to accept on behalf of the company an
outstanding sales achievement award from the Highmark Life & Casualty Group. CSA was one of only five firms in the
nation to qualify and it was the eighth consecutive year that CSA has achieved the honor.

David H. Grazier is vice president in charge of administration. He has been in this position since 1987 and has 38
years' experience in group health insurance. Grazier managed two third-party administrators in the West Tennessee
area for four years before joining CSA. He also served as vice president in charge of the group department for
Lincoln American Life for 10 years. Prior to that, he spent 10 years with Lincoln National Life as regional group
claims manager in Birmingham, Ala., and Memphis, Tenn.

Diana L. Pearce is vice president of operations. She has been with CSA since 1983 and has extensive experience
in all phases of the business. Pearce maintains benefit plan building and system changes for new and current clients.
She also supervises the operation of CSA's eligibility, accounting, provider relations, FLEX administration, customer
service and mail center departments.
Ms Pearce has also served as office manager, administrative assistant, claims processor and billing eligibility
specialist. Pearce's continual training includes seminars sponsored by QCA Inc., as well as educational seminars and
upgrades on our claims processing system provided by Resource Information Management Systems. She has completed
certified training to lead implementation of a state-of-the-art system that automates claims processing from
benefit plan setup to claims payment.

Stephen S. Zappardo is vice president in charge of information technology. He joined CSA in 1992 and has
been involved in developing the company's online capabilities. Zappardo's background is in system analysis and
custom software. He has received certified training provided by Resource Information Management Systems to help
lead implementation of CSA's automated claims processing system.
