Tom Repass, chief executive officer of Corporate Systems Administration Inc., is confident about the future of the booming company.

 

CSA has grown during the last two decades to become a leading third-party administrator of employee benefits in the Southeast. The growth has come with implementation of fully automated online claims services, and office expansions in Johnson City and Greeneville, Tenn., and Savannah, Ga.

Repass is a Johnson City native who founded CSA in 1980, a time when many health insurance plans began migrating to self-funding. In 2001, Repass was pleased to accept on behalf of CSA an outstanding sales achievement award from the Highmark Life & Casualty Group. CSA was one of only five firms in the nation to qualify and it was the eighth consecutive year that CSA achieved the honor.
