Corporate Systems Administration honored for sales
Employee
benefit management company takes honor eighth consecutive year
Corporate Systems
Administration Inc., which provides employee benefit management services to
major employers throughout the region, has been recognized for outstanding
sales achievement by Highmark Life and Casualty Group for the eighth
consecutive year. Of more than 300 attendees at the recent conference in
Bermuda, CSA was one of only five firms in the nation to qualify for the award.
Tom Repass,
founder of CSA, accepted the recognition. “It was an honor to receive the award
and it was a productive conference,” Repass said. “It was a chance to share
ideas about opportunities for the future with an emphasis on serving customers faster
and more efficiently without sacrificing customer satisfaction.”
CSA is a third-party administration firm that helps
employers offer affordable and efficient health care coverage. The services
include the design of self-funded plans, cost management and expert local
administration from CSA’s locations in Johnson City and Greeneville, Tenn., and
Savannah, Ga. CSA’s products include Highmark’s medical stop-loss, group life
and disability insurance.
Repass has 30 years experience in group insurance and
founded CSA since in 1980. He has served as chairman of the National
Association of Employee Benefit Administrators and is president of Qubic, Inc.,
a national consortium of third-party administrators.
